On behalf of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Miller Paving Limited will be responsible for the supply and application of Micro-Surfacing Type ll (Scratch and Surface Coat) and Slurry Seal Surface Treatment, complete with temporary (and later permanent) pavement markings, on County Road 5, County Road 18, County Road 26, County Road 32, and County Road 17.
