First Time Home Buyers

Do you dream of one day owning your own home? The homeownership program may help to make that dream come true. It provides assistance for a down-payment to households who are buying their first home. Assistance is in the form of an interest-free loan. After 20 years the loan may be forgiven, if the house is not sold and it is the household's only home.
