Affordable Housing

Leeds Grenville participates in the following Affordable Housing program components:

• Housing Allowance provides rental assistance with a flat rate monthly subsidy paid directly to the renter.
• Ontario Renovates helps eligible households make necessary repairs to the home that they own and occupy.
• Home Ownership provides down payment assistance to first-time home buyers for the purchase of a home.
• Secondary Suite Programs provides assistance with funding to increase the supply of affordable rental housing through the creation of a secondary suite.
