Household Income Limits are used to determine eligibility. Total household income must be between $46,001 and $60,000. These income limits are as of January 2026, and are subject to change.
Occupancy Standards are used to determine the size of unit a household is eligible for.
Eligibility Criteria Highlights:
- Be at least 16 years of age and able to live independently.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- No member of the household may owe money to any social housing provider in Ontario.
- Have a combined household income within the Household Income Limits.
- Demonstrate a positive rental history and credit report.
