10 Year Housing & Homelessness Plan
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville is the designated Consolidated Municipal Services Managers that has the responsibility for the administration and delivery of social housing and housing and homeless programs. A multi-year Housing and Homelessness plan has been developed to address the housing needs in Leeds and Grenville.
The vision of the Housing and Homelessness plan is of a community which encourages and supports safe, suitable and affordable housing. The plan is flexible and reflects the changing needs of the local communities.

10 Year Housing and Homelessness Plan
Per the Housing Services Act, 2011 (O.Reg.367 /11), Service Managers are required to report annually to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the public by June 30th on the activities of their local ten-year Housing and Homelessness Plan.
