Corporate Services Division
Corporate Services is responsible for the internal business of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The departments within this division include:
- Accounting which are responsible for all the financial aspects of the corporation including invoices coming in and going out and the managing of the corporations funds
- Facilities which manages the buildings owned by the Counties such as offices and public works garages,
- Geographic Information Systems provides data analysis and mapping services to the Counties and our partner Municipalities.
- Human Resources which are responsible for staffing, payroll, union negotiations, etc.
- Information Technology which manages all the communication systems and computer technology and equipment used by all departments
- Purchasing which assists departments create tenders for posting on Bids and Tenders and agreements for large corporation projects such as construction work in Social Housing or on roads.
