Maple View Lodge

Maple View Lodge was first built in Athens in 1895 as a "House of Industry", a name often used for a workhouse for the poor and destitute. In 1926 it was re-named the Leeds and Grenville County Home for the Aged. Later, in 1972, it was established as Maple View Lodge and after undergoing major redevelopment, celebrated its grand reopening in 2004.
Today it is home to 60 residents and is owned and operated by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and managed by County Administration.
Maple View Lodge has a staff of more than 80 people delivering 24 hour holistic care.
