KEMPTVILLE - It may be brand new, but the high school here is about to get a whole lot bigger. The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) announced Thursday North Grenville District High School (NGDHS) - a 78,500-square-foot high school which just opened in Kemptville in September 2012 with a capacity of around 700 students - is getting $6.
