Housing

Information on Affordable Housing, Community Homelessness Prevention Initiative, the Homelessness Prevention Benefit or Social Housing can be found in our Housing section or by calling The Housing Department at 613-342-3840 ext. 2450.

The Social Housing Registry checks applications for subsidized housing and maintains the waiting list.

We encourage residents or their representatives to obtain information, clarify any verbal or written communication, raise concerns, lodge complaints, recommend changes or offer a compliment. The objective is to identify ways to improve quality of life for all residents and offer the opportunity to contribute to a home-like environment where every resident can thrive.

If you have an urgent roads emergency (blocked or unpassable road) to report after-hours, please call 613-342-3840 or 1-800-267-8146 and dial extension 2601 when the greeting begins. All other concerns and inquiries (potholes, dead animals, requests for improvements) should be submitted through our online form.
