The ultimate aim of our staff is to provide a high quality of consistent care to each resident by offering services and support for their physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and recreational needs, in a "home-like" atmosphere. Our goal is to maintain or support a resident's capacity in all aspects of his/her daily life to the best of their abilities.

We respect the resident's right to confidentiality and their right to participate in decision-making regarding his/her care.

We encourage family and friend support so that the resident may maintain his/her position within their family circle and membership within their community.
