Situated in the beautiful rural community of Athens, Ontario, the $80 million Maple View Landings Redevelopment Project will offer 192 long-term care beds in a new facility that will provide 24/7 affordable, modern and exceptional care to your family, friends and neighbours.

The 60 residents at Maple View Lodge will move into the new facility and the Lodge will be repurposed for other uses, currently under review by Counties Council.

Project Overview and Fundraising Goal of 3 Million Dollars

Construction began in 2022 with an approximate target completion date of Spring 2025.

The Counties' long-term care facility, Maple View Lodge, has provided exceptional care to residents since 1926 and today, is served by 125 employees who deliver 24/7 care to 60 residents. Current residents will move to the new facility in the Summer of 2025 and the existing Lodge will be repurposed for other uses. This is currently under review by Counties Council.
