Historic image of Maple View Lodge

Maple View Lodge (MVL) was built in 1895 as a "House of Industry". In 1926 it was re-named the Leeds and Grenville County Home for the Aged and in 1970 the government decided to close it however, local politicians supported its continuance and in 1972, it was established as Maple View Lodge.

In 2002, Maple View Lodge underwent a major redevelopment and celebrated its grand opening in September, 2004 serving the needs of citizens in need of long-term care and services. Maple View is considered a Level A - Long Term Care Home.
