Social Housing Directives

Housing Providers are responsible for the administration and day-to-day operation of their buildings, and must comply with the Housing Services Act, 2011, which governs housing in Ontario.  Housing Providers must also comply with these Directives, which provide the interpretation and application of legislative and regulatory requirements that are necessary for social housing program delivery and compliance.  Housing Providers must follow the rules and procedures that apply to their program.  Directives are grouped below by community housing program type.
