United Counties of Leeds and Grenville Mourns Passing of Raymond Callery

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Callery, former Chief Administrative Officer of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

Raymond was a dedicated public servant who served our community with distinction. His leadership and commitment to the Counties during his tenure as CAO made a lasting impact on the organization and the region as a whole. His passion for public service, his strong leadership, and his unwavering dedication to the well-being of the Counties’ residents will not be forgotten.

On behalf of the United Counties Council, staff, and community, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Raymond’s family and friends during this difficult time.

Flags at all Counties buildings will be lowered to half-mast until after funeral proceedings.
