Funds for expansion at Kemptville high school

KEMPTVILLE – It may be brand new, but the high school here is about to get a whole lot bigger. 
 
The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) announced Thursday North Grenville District High School (NGDHS) – a 78,500-square-foot high school which just opened in Kemptville in September 2012 with a capacity of around 700 students – is getting $6.6 million from the province to increase capacity by over 200 students.  
 
The recently-announced funding is intended to create approximately 221 additional spaces for students, for a total of approximately 912 spaces.  Read full story.
