Join us and a Public Health Dietician from the Health Unit to learn about the signs that your baby is ready for solid food, which and how much food to start with, allergies and more. Don’t miss this free interactive experience where you will learn to prepare baby food and taste homemade baby food! Babe in arms welcome.
