Feds pump $4.8M into Johnstown port
A federal investment of $4.8 million will bring better grain loading spouts and a new grain bin to the Port of Johnstown, cutting by more than half the time it takes to load ships at the facility, Transport Minister Marc Garneau announced Tuesday.
