Digital Main Street boosts business

From bricks to clicks and then back to bricks.

That’s how the executive director of the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) described the Digital Main Street program.

Kay Matthews was joined by elected officials in the clock park in downtown Spencerville on Friday afternoon to acknowledge a grant of $127,345 that will be used to fund “digital service squads” in the Leeds and Grenville area.

All 13 local municipalities collaborated with the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville to secure the grant. Funding is provided by FedDev Ontario.  Read the full story.
