Community Consultation Session

Purpose

• High traffic volumes and the number of collisions at the intersection of County Road 43 and South Gower Drive (County Road 22) have triggered the need for intersection improvements

• Peak hour traffic volume of 935 vehicles (for comparison, CR 19 and CR43 has 2075 vehicles)

• Two road improvement options are being considered:

Option 1

• Roundabout option

Option 2

• Traffic signal with turning lanes option
