Temporary Road Closure for Emergency Culvert ReplacementLocation: County Road 5 (2.9 km north of County Road 2)
Start Date: Monday July 20, 2026
End Date: Friday July 24, 2026

County Road 5 in the Township of Front of Yonge will be temporarily closed between County Road 2 and Junetown Road with no through access for crews to undertake an emergency replacement of a failed culvert beginning on Monday, July 20, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026. 

A planned detour route will be in place directing affected traffic along Junetown Road, County Road 4, Escott Yonge Townline Road and County Road 2. 

Please plan ahead, follow the posted detour signage, and allow for extra travel time.
