National Day for Truth and Reconciliation - Hours of Operation and Service Changes

September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and #OrangeShirtDay, a day to honour the children who never returned home, residential school Survivors, and their families and communities. We encourage everyone to take time to reflect, learn, and recognize the lasting impacts of residential schools.

Please note that Counties Administration offices, Ontario Works offices, and EarlyON Child and Family Centres will be closed in observance of the day.

• Counties Administration Offices – Administration offices will be closed to the public on Wednesday, September 30.

• Ontario Works – Ontario Works offices will be closed to the public on Wednesday, September 30.

• EarlyON Child and Family Centres – EarlyON Child and Family Centres will be closed on Wednesday, September 30.

All buildings will re-open Thursday, October 1, at 8:00 a.m. Documents can be left in the drop box at our Administration building located at 25 Central Ave W, in Brockville, ON.
