County Road 7 Lane Restrictions - Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, together with Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP, Inc.), will rehabilitating approximately 2.5 kilometres of County Road 7 between Kitley Line 8 and Atkins Lake Road, within the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley.
Location: County Road 7 – Approximately 2.5 kilometres from Kitley Line 8 to Atkins Lake Road, within the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley.
Expected Start Date: June 01, 2026
Expected End Date: July 31, 2026

Details: Construction activities shall include, but are not limited to, single-lane closures; replacement of deteriorated corrugated steel pipe (CSP) cross culverts; pulverization of the existing asphalt surface; grading operations; paving of two (2) lifts of new hot mix asphalt; and select ditch cleanout.
Motorists will experience traffic disruption and are strongly encouraged to avoid the area using alternate routes whenever possible.
