County Road 4 Lane Restrictions - Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, together with G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction, will rehabilitating approximately 3.5 kilometres of County Road 4 between Blue Mountain Road and Ferguson Side Road. Remaining work between County Road 3 and Blue Mountain Road, including top course asphalt, ditching, and final restoration will continue until completed.
Location: County Road 4 - Approximately 3.5 km between Blue Mountain Road and Ferguson Side Road in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands.
Details: Construction activities include but not be limited to, single-lane closures, cross culverts replacements, ditch cleanout to improve roadside drainage, pulverize the existing asphalt surface and paving two lifts of new hot-mix asphalt (HMA). Driveway access may be temporarily limited during construction; however, access will be restored at the end of each working day.
Motorists are strongly encouraged to avoid the area and use alternate routes whenever possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as improvements to County Road 4 are complete.
