County Road 21 Temporary Road Closure for Culvert Replacement - August 31, 2026
Location: County Road 21 (between Cleary Rd. and Hurley Rd.) – Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal
Start Date: Monday August 31, 2026 at 8AM
End Date: Monday August 31, 2026 at 5PM
County Road 21 in the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal will be temporarily closed between Cleary Rd. and Hurley Road with no through traffic (local traffic only) for A.L. Blair Construction Ltd. to replace a cross culvert on Monday, August 31st.
Detour Route: A signed detour route will be in place to direct affected traffic along Cleary Road, Goodin Road, and Hurley Road. Please refer to the posted detour signage for details. The road will be reopened ahead of school bus operations resuming on September 2nd.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead, expect delays, follow the posted detour signage, and allow of extra travel time.
