County Road 21 Rehabilitation - Roebuck to Spencerville – August 24, 2026 – November 2026
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, together with Blair Asphalt Products Ltd., will be rehabilitating approximately 5.8 kilometres of County Road 21 between Roebuck and Spencerville, within the Townships of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal and Augusta.
Location: County Road 21 – Approximately 5.8 kilometres between the eastern limit of Roebuck to Spencerville (civic #2806), within the Townships of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal and Augusta.
Expected Start Date: August 24, 2026
Expected Demobilization Date: November 2026

Details: Construction activities shall include, but are not limited to, single-lane closures; replacement of deteriorated corrugated steel pipe (CSP) cross culverts; replacement of select entranceway culverts; pulverization of the existing asphalt surface; grading operations; paving of two (2) lifts of new hot mix asphalt; guiderail upgrades; and select ditch cleanout.
During this period, residents may experience occasional noise, increased truck traffic, and lane reductions with flagging operations. Traffic flow is expected to be minimally impacted. We are committed to minimizing inconvenience and ensuring the work is completed efficiently and safely.
