County Road 14 (Narrows Lock Road) Temporary Road Closure for Road and Culvert Replacement Works

County Road 14 (Narrows Lock Road) in the Township of Rideau Lakes will be temporarily closed between County Road 42 and McCann Road with no through traffic (local traffic only) for G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Co. Ltd. to complete road and culvert replacement works between September 21 to October 2, 2026.

Location: County Road 14 (between County Road 42 and McCann Rd.) – Township of Rideau Lakes

Start Date: Monday September 21, 2026

End Date:  Friday October 2, 2026

Detour Route: A signed detour route will be in place to direct affected traffic along County Road 42, Little Rideau Lake Road, and McCann Road. Please refer to the posted detour signage for details.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, expect delays, follow the posted detour signage, and allow of extra travel time.
