The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville's Purchasing Services is responsible for the strategic acquisition of goods, services and construction for the Counties.
The Procurement Policy approved by Counties Council, governs all purchasing activity. Contact the Procurement
The Supplier Performance Policy approved by Counties Council, provides a framework for the Counties to evaluate and improve the performance of Suppliers.
If you would like to request a copy of the Procurement Policy or the Supplier Performance Policy, please reach out to our Purchasing Services Department.
The Bids & Tenders portal lists our on-line postings of current bid opportunities for tenders, proposals, quotations, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest. If you register as a vendor on the portal you will receive notifications in your selected categories on posted opportunities.

Surplus vehicles and equipment are disposed at the end of the year through a web-based public auction using Gov Deals.
