Purchasing Policy

The Procurement Policy approved by Counties Council, governs all purchasing activity. Contact the Procurement 

The Supplier Performance Policy approved by Counties Council, provides a framework for the Counties to evaluate and improve the performance of Suppliers.

Bid Opportunities

The Bids & Tenders portal lists our on-line postings of current bid opportunities for tenders, proposals, quotations, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest. If you register as a vendor on the portal you will receive notifications in your selected categories on posted opportunities.

Surplus Vehicles and Equipment

Surplus vehicles and equipment are disposed at the end of the year through a web-based public auction using Gov Deals.
