Micro-Surfacing and Slurry Seal Surface Treatment

On behalf of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Miller Paving Limited will be responsible for the supply and application of Micro-Surfacing Type ll (Scratch and Surface Coat) and Slurry Seal Surface Treatment, complete with temporary (and later permanent) pavement markings, on County Road 5, County Road 18, County Road 26, County Road 32, and County Road 17.

Weather permitting, work is scheduled to commence on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Lane restrictions will be in effect.

Micro-Surfacing:

County Road 5: (to be completed later in the month of August)
Approximately 2.1 km between MTO Highway 401 and the 1000 Islands Parkway

County Road 18:
Approximately 5.5 km between Somerville Road and County Road 25 at Guy Road

County Road 26:
Approximately 2.5 km between the Brockville eastern limit and the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley/Augusta Township boundary

County Road 32:
Approximately 3.0 km between Greens Road and MTO Highway 15

Slurry Seal:

County Road 17:
Approximately 4.3 km between Kitley South Townline Road and the Smiths Falls town limit
