NOTICE OF STUDY COMMENCEMENT - Highway 401 Planning Study

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has commissioned HDR Inc. to conduct a *Preliminary Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA)* Study.
This study focuses on:

- Replacing the **Shanly Road Underpass**
- Improving interchanges
- Establishing the footprint of Highway 401 for future six-lane expansion along a 10.1 km stretch

To: 2.5 km East of Shanly Road
