Leeds Grenville is home to two hospitals, numerous family health care and specialized clinics and long-term care facilities. The Counties operate a 9-1-1 emergency services for ambulance. police and fire.

The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit has its head office in Brockville with satellite offices in both Gananoque and Kemptville (North Grenville). Visit their site for a list of services, immunization clinics and other programming for all age groups.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) department of the Counties is responsible for providing pre-hospital, emergency medical care to all residents of Leeds Grenville. It covers an area of more than 3,350-square kilometres and responds to just under 20,000 calls per year.
