Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley Business Park

The Elizabethtown-Kitley Business Park is located on County Road 29, about three kilometres north of the City of Brockville.  To date, 58 acres (23.5 hectares) have been developed in Phase 1. There are 23 acres (9.3 hectares) vacant and available for development which are zoned commercial/industrial. The Township has reserved another 54 (22 hectares) acres of abutting land for the future extension of the park. Lot development within the park is on private well and septic systems. A township-owned water reservoir is located within the park for firefighting purposes.

The Business Park is less than 10 minutes from the 401 Highway and less than fifteen minutes from the St. Lawrence Seaway. It enjoys all the amenities that entails.
