The Johnstown Industrial Park has approximately 280 acres of land available for development with services available. The park is located on County Road 2 between the communities of Prescott and Johnstown.  The Industrial Park is ideally located in close proximity to rail, Highways 401 and 416, the Port of Johnstown and the Bridge to the USA. There are eight occupants in the park, among them are Greenfield Ethanol and Prysmian Power Cables and Systems Ltd.
