The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville's Purchasing Services under Corporate Services Deptartment is responsible for the strategic acquisition of goods, services and construction for the Counties.

The Procurement By-law, approved by Counties Council, governs all purchasing activity. The by-law is a listing of rules in which Purchasing Services is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all departments abide.

Eastern Ontario Purchasing Cooperative

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville is a member of the Eastern Ontario Purchasing Cooperative (EOPC). The list of agencies include:

Surplus Vehicles and Equipment

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville will typically offer their surplus personal property to other Counties departments. Any surplus vehicles and equipment remaining are disposed of through through a web-based public auction using Gov Deals.
